Happy New Years! Time to move?

Dated: January 9 2019

It is a new year and time to consider if your current home is meeting your needs. It may be easier to move than you think. My job is to assist you with determining if you should get into that new property, whether you are currently renting, thinking of upsizing, downsizing or relocating.

I want to make the process of moving to a new property as stress-free as possible. I will walk you throught the home buying/selling process and be with you every step of the way. One of the services I provide is my moving trailer that my clients get to use for free for their local move to assist in the transition and cut down on costs related to moving.

I love to chat real estate, please feel free to contact me anytime - either via text or call to 250-540-4143 or email me at tracylauriente@gmail.com
